Q: Is there a public transportation that can take us to Higatangan Island and your resort?
A: Yes, there are two motorboats available every day, weather permitting. Most times these motorboats arrive in Naval Port between 8 AM and 9 AM and leave for Higatangan Island between 12 Noon and 1 PM. The resort is very near the docking area. Just let the boat people know and the resort staff will assist you with your luggage.
Q: Can we arrange for private transportation?
A: We can only commit for private transport from Naval to Higatangan Island and vice- versa. Prior arrangement is necessary.
Q: Can we bring our own food?
A: Yes, you can with minimal service fee, however, we prohibit outside catering service.
Q: Is there a restaurant in the resort?
A: Yes, there‘s one.
Q: Can we arrange for a prepaid buffet meal?
A: Yes, you can.
Q: Can you cater for a big group?
A: Yes, we can. We need few days advance arrangement since there is no market in the island.
Q: Do you accept wedding receptions?
A: Not at this time but hopefully early next year.
Q: What entertainment do you have available?
A: Therefs Karaoke and Movies on demand from 6 PM to 10 PM. Additional electric fee is required beyond these hours.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: No. We don‘t have yet the capability of processing credit cards.
